Look for the observatory dome on top of the Olin Building.
The meeting room is off the lobby on the ground floor of Olin.
If on foot, from hotel:
Nott Terrace meets Union Street at the intersection marked 8. Turn
right on Union Street and enter the campus near through the gate marked #39.
Continue
on the lane until you reach the green quad, then pass by the Nott
Memorial (#37) and look for the Olin Building.

Enter Science & Engineering from back, as shown on map below. Entrance
is across from a building labelled "Facilities" and is inset, with a
courtyard beyond and a 2nd floor overpass to the neighboring building
above. Go in the door and through the black door straight ahead. Walk
down the hall and go through the black door on the left. Continue
straight through another black door. The room is 2nd on the right.
