Mixed FeelingsBy
Javi Hairston I have mixed feelings about our trip to Manaus and particularly the rainforest. On one hand, I was able to see, observe, and participate in activities that I have never experienced before and probably will never experience again. However, on the other hand, tourist activities such as the ones our group participated in will probably end up taking away the very things that are truly admirable about the region such as the rich indigenous culture.
